Why CrossFit Chicago?

At CrossFit Chicago, you will build strength, stamina, endurance, power, and speed, while developing balance, flexibility, agility, accuracy, and coordination. We train constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements, executed at high intensity. We mix an old school approach to fitness with modern science, and make use of old-time tools such as barbells, kettlebells, gymnastic rings, and more. We feel that this approach not only delivers a superior, broader base of fitness, but also keeps the mind and body fresh.

We emphasize reclaiming your full, natural range of motion and mastery of fundamental movements. By adjusting the complexity, intensity, and/or load, we can start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. Whether you are an elite Olympic athlete or a 60 year old grandmother, our program will work for you!

As you progress, we introduce more challenging exercises to improve your coordination, agility, and range of motion. This also keeps it fun and interesting! With consistency and commitment, you will achieve exceptional fitness.
